- PARIS We are proud to announce the arrival of a new band in the Ekler’o’shock’s roster, Paris, formed by Nicolas Ker, Arnaud Roulin (members of the french act Poni Hoax) Maxime Delpierre and Mike Theis. Their first EP "In Crowded Subways" will be out in september. Don’t forget to check the brand new ‘In Flagranti Remix’ of ‘In Crowded Subways’ on SOUNCLOUD.

HOURS OF WORSHIP’s first EP Into The Grass, is out since december with remixes by Remain (Meant Records) and Brock Hunter. For those who don’t know them yet, this is how they introduce themselves : « While it seems that many established producers have roots in hardcore and metal these days, it's always been more than slapping on a Sepultura shirt like Diplo or starting some cheesy electro-core band like Aoki and his cohorts. We aspire to create electronic music that a fan of the darkest, heaviest music can understand and vibe on, far from any trendy bullshit or pretense. » You can listen and download a mix of our new favorite brooklyn duo here.
Into The Grass is already supported by James Holden (Border community), Arnaud Rebotini (Citizen records), Luke Solomon (Rekids / Music for freaks), Cormac Mc Adam (Nag Nag Nag), Brodinski (Turbo / Mental Groove), Chloé (Karat / kill the Dj), Télérama.fr and Tsugi magazine !

Data recently remixed "I’m not your toy from La Roux (out now on Polydor) and the new DSL’s "Stupid Bitches" (out october 26th on Ed Banger). He will play at the Casio 25th birthday, october 13th in Paris and a special watch will be ready soon !
Danger is working on his first album these days, scheduled for 2010. His next EP, 09/17 2007 , will be out in december. He also has a new Japanese tour to come, more info on his myspace.

Before we all go off on holiday, here are some news about EOS activity during the summer and for september :

A new EP of our parisian dandy is scheduled this fall. Called « Un homme et une femme », it will continue to break and push back french pop’s borders. A music video is also currently in progress, so stay tuned !
As you may know, Data’s first album is out since may, here in Paris, it was hard to ignore all the press and reviews in Technikart (man of the month), Only for dj’s, Trax and more. Our man is still touring during the summer : Helsinki, New York or Mexico… don’t miss!
Danger is actually working on his first album, and his new live, everything will be finished in 2010, so get ready ! In the meantime, a new EP will be out this winter. His last one, 9/16 2007, is now sold out on our shop !
Leonard de Leonard, our french producer based in Berlin, recently created is own label, Leonizer Records. He already signed four young talents, like the duo Stereo Heroes. Keep an eye on this promising team !

_Danger is releasing these days his second EP, named 09/16 2007, already available on 12" vinyl (we here at EOS office are out of stock, but you can fin some 12s in the usual online shops), and out on digital April 20th. For this much anticipated release, we've invited Chicagoan rapper Vyle, and our Berlin friends EAT and Japaneese 80 Kidz to remix our man. _DatA's new single One in a million will be out on Ekler'o'shock/Naïve April 28th in 12" vinyl and digital. We've casted a cool cats remix team: Drixxxé who did us a Michael Jacksonesque re-edit, Tomboy made a disco/funky club gem, and Data took the lead to to his own club version.
-Skywriter, DatA's first album, will be out on Ekler'o'shock/Naïve May 28th. This long-awaited album features guest collaborations with Sebastien Grainger, Benjamin Diamond, Breakbot and Bogue. The album includes 11 tracks. The first music video is on "One in a million" and has been directed by Arthur King for Naïve / Partizan.
_Alexandre Chatelard is Ekler'o'shock last signature, and the first pop songwriter in our roster. His first EP, already available on 12" vinyl and digital, called Les Yeux Verts, has already been acclaidmed by Les Inrocks. This release, EOS020, is made of 1 instrumental intro, and 3 songs, two in french and one in chineese. All our girlfriends love his music, and both Data and Danger are totally fan of his work. to be honest and tell you the whole story, its DatA who recommended me his music 2 years ago. It took me six monthes to listen to it and realise how great it was. And it took us a year to release it. Now it's avalaible, you should really check it. We believe Alexandre is the next pop songwriter after Tellier.
_Terry Poison. Yes, the girls and the pimp are back on the label, with a brand new record, due this fall 09, with remixes by The Twelves, Baroque and Gloumi. We are also preparing their first album, checking out some business stuff and deal proposals, so stay tuned, we'll keep you posted. You'll be able to check out the band live in many places this summer.

Terry Poison are back in France and back home with Ekler'o'shock. Our Tel-Aviv darlings are returning with a brand new EP and a new Live Album. The band will be playing March 20th at Fleche D OR, March 28th at La Java, May 29th at Social Club and April 1st for a special DJ Set at Door Studio.
Ekler'o'shock signed a brand new duo from Brooklyn, Hours of Worship. Ekler'o'shock is proud to announce DatA is actually working on his live set, in partnership with the Exyztteam, you know, the guys that have designed Etienne de Crécy's live set. DatA will be playing for the first time live at the Eurosonic Festivalin Groningen Jan. 15th. His first album will be out in april 2009, and the first single, One In A Million, will be out on 12" and and digital in feb or march 2009, with great remixes from Tomboy and Drixxxé

The game is not over,has just finished a ne sw remix of the aussies Empire of the sun's first single called Walking on a dream, and his version of Love Juice is on the compilation Ever Better (EMI).
